Leap Year is a yearlong paid community service gap year program that helps first generation students get into and succeed in college. We look for students with demonstrated kindness, generosity, curiosity, determination, consistency, growth mindset, and a sense of humor. The nomination form should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
